Secure enquiry form

All fields are optional. The more context you can give us the better — but a phone number alone is enough for us to reach out.

This form uses randomised field names to prevent browser autofill from suggesting your saved details. Your enquiry is sent directly to our team. We will never share your information.

How to contact us safely
01 //

Move away from your home first

If you live with your abuser or suspect your home has listening devices, do not make this call or submit this form from inside the property. Step outside, or better yet, drive to a different location entirely before making contact.

02 //

Move away from your car

If there may be a GPS tracker or audio device in your vehicle, your car is not a safe place to make this contact. A nearby café, a park, or a trusted person's home are all better options.

03 //

Use a different device if possible

If you believe your phone may be compromised, borrow a trusted person's device. A library computer or a new prepaid SIM are also options. Do not download anything onto a device your abuser has access to.

04 //

Delete this page from your history

After submitting the form or making a call, delete this page from your browser history. On iPhone: tap the book icon in Safari → History → swipe to delete. On Android: tap the three dots in Chrome → History → remove the entry.

05 //

Use private browsing next time

Private or incognito mode does not save your browsing history to the device. Open a private tab before visiting this site. On iPhone: tap the tabs icon in Safari → Private. On Android: tap the three dots in Chrome → New Incognito Tab.

Have a cover story ready

If someone asks who you called, a plumber, a real estate agent, or any tradesperson is a plausible explanation for an unfamiliar number. We will not identify ourselves as Safe Sweep if you ask us not to when we call back.

Discreet Cover  //  No Charge

We can supply a mechanic's "vehicle safety check" invoice

If you need a justified reason for the appointment, we can provide an itemised invoice from a mechanical workshop marked as a vehicle safety check. It gives you a plausible, everyday explanation for the time and travel, whether we come to you or you come to us.

There is no cost for this. The invoice is marked at $0 and exists purely to give you cover. Just ask when you contact us and we will arrange it as part of your booking.

// Requested confidentially at the time of booking. No detail of the actual service appears anywhere on the document.

For DV workers and legal professionals

Safe Sweep accepts direct referrals from caseworkers, family lawyers, DV police units, and refuge operators. Pro-bono arrangements available for high-risk cases.
