Where private client exposure sits

The threat model for a high net worth individual is broader than for a corporate executive. It includes commercial interest in transactions and holdings, media interest in personal life, family and relationship disputes where information has real financial consequence, and occasionally targeted criminal interest in movements and security arrangements.

Each of those produces a different kind of surveillance, but they converge on the same physical spaces: the homes, the cars, the vessel, and the rooms where private matters are discussed aloud.

// 02

The people around you

Residences of any size run on staff and contractors. Housekeeping, grounds, kitchen, drivers, security, trades, deliveries, pool and pest services, AV and IT support. All of them have access, most of it unsupervised, much of it recurring.

This is not an argument for suspecting your staff. It is an argument for periodic verification, which is a normal and unremarkable part of running a household at this level. A scheduled sweep protects the household as much as the principal, because it removes ambiguity if something ever is found.

Vessels and aviation

Yachts

// Crew turnover

Saloons and owner's areas used for business and private discussion, with crew rotation, yard periods and charter use all representing access.

Private aviation

// Cabin

Cabins used for discussion in transit, swept between charters, after maintenance, or before a significant flight.

Yard and maintenance periods

// Highest risk

Extended third party access with the vessel or aircraft opened up. Post works inspection is strongly advised.

Charter exposure

// Shared use

Where a vessel or aircraft is chartered out, inspection before the principal's own use is the sensible baseline.

Common questions

How discreet is the engagement?
Entirely. We arrange through whoever you nominate, attend unmarked and unbranded, and present to household staff in whatever way you prefer. Findings go to your nominated contact only.
Can you sweep a yacht or aircraft?
Yes. Saloons, owner's areas and cabins used for discussion are all within scope. We particularly recommend inspection after yard periods, maintenance or charter use, where third party access has been extensive.
Do you work alongside existing security teams?
Yes, routinely. We integrate with an established close protection or estate security team and report through whoever the principal nominates.
How often should a residence be swept?
For most private clients, annually as a baseline, with additional sweeps after significant works, staff changes, or any specific concern. Households with higher profile or active disputes often sweep more frequently.
